and you need to have a strategy.

So many people read a quote like this and may give it a quick glance or thought like, “Oh that’s nice”, but they don’t know that these quotes are like mini-seminars which people pay thousands to attend but here it is absolutely free!
So my suggestion is when you see a quote like this (this one is a multi-millionaire, so he has the “fruit on the tree” and is an authority then, on the subject) is to write it down and break it down and study it. Read it over and over and yes, actually meditate on it; does it have a special meaning or message for you?
Grant starts with, “If you want to get rich…”. The way you react or respond to that will tell you a lot about yourself and why you are in your financial situation. Don’t automatically “go to the negative” here, I’m not insinuating that you are broke (but if you are like about 80% or more of Americans, you are) but you may be living from paycheck to paycheck and have less than $400 in the bank for emergencies. If you have more money in the bank and/or in assets, congrats but you can always do better. SEE COSMOS ADVICE.
Grant continues, “you can’t stay on defense or be a spectator”. I can’t claim to know your situation but my next suggestion is for you to first ask, “What does he mean by this” and then ask yourself, “am I playing defensively or worse yet, am I a spectator just watching others become “rich”? I put “rich” in quotes because that is also F word most people need to find the correct definition of, but I won’t discuss that here. Another way of saying this is that the rich “play to win” and the broke “play not to lose”; there is a difference states my friend T Harv Eker.
And lastly in this awesome quote Grant tells us, “and you need to have a strategy”. This is so important. Most people do-NOT-have-a-strat-e-gy!!! Your strategy should not be those espoused by those who are not rich; if you want to be rich. People can usually only take you as far as they’ve gone. Again, learn from those with the “fruit on the tree”.
And you don’t have to wait to talk to anyone else. Right now take a pen and paper and write down 10 ways that you could increase your income, and then if you dare; how you can become rich! The answers are out there.
